Newbie – Start Time 10:00am
I’ve never really done anything like this. I’m doing this for entertainment and really don’t care about my finish time. I just want to challenge myself and have a good time with my friends and the other participants.
Newbies do the same course as everyone else accept the distances and the repetitions are shorter i.e. 20 pushups versus 50, pull chains 30yds. versus 60yds. If you can’t do an obstacle you just go to the next one. If you need to do pushups on your knees then do them on your knees.
This is a great category for those that are new to obstacle course racing and fitness. Are you up for the challenge?
